Lans Technology (6613) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Lans International (Hong Kong), recently signed a memorandum of cooperation with Intel (INTC), according to Ming Pao.
The two sides will focus discussions under the pact on TGV advanced packaging, and Intel views Lans International as a potentially valuable partner in the area.
