Ripple's chief legal officer refutes SEC charges: No victims need compensation

Ripple's chief legal officer has refuted the Securities Exchange Commission's (SEC) suggestion that cryptocurrency firms should be fined no more than $10 million. The chief legal officer stressed that the Securities Exchange Commission was "aggressive" and stressed that, unlike the Terraform Labs case, there were no victims in Ripple's case who needed compensation.
