据Odaily星球日报报道，美国参议员 Cynthia Lummis 发布 CLARITY Act 更新草案，拟要求数字商品交易所、经纪商和交易商隔离客户资产，并禁止将客户资金和资产作为平台自有财产使用。草案还拟将平台为客户持有的数字商品等认定为破产清算程序中的“客户财产”。
