Ukraine Drones Strike Wildberries Warehouses Near St. Petersburg

According to Lianhe Zaobao citing AFP, Ukrainian drones struck Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries' warehouses for the third time, this time near St. Petersburg, setting off a fire that blanketed the historic city in smoke. Wildberries said two logistics facilities in Saint Petersburg and one logistics facility in Simferopol, in Moscow-annexed Crimea, were hit. Chief Executive Tatyana Kim said all warehouse staff were evacuated and that there were no initial reports of casualties. Leningrad region Governor Alexander Drozdenko said the attack injured three people and that at least 59 drones were launched at St. Petersburg. Russia's Defense Ministry said its forces shot down about 571 drones overnight across more than a dozen regions and Crimea, in what it said was one of the largest single-night attacks of the war.
