青啤集团拟增持青岛啤酒1.5亿至3亿元

据界面新闻报道，青岛啤酒7月24日公告，控股股东青啤集团及其一致行动人拟自2026年7月24日起6个月内，使用自有资金通过上海证券交易所交易系统和香港联合交易所有限公司系统增持公司A股及H股股份，合计增持金额不低于1.5亿元且不超过3亿元。增持股份数量以实际增持为准。
