据Axios报道，特朗普政府本周为其AI政策划出新界线：一边支持开放式AI开发，一边指控中国公司窃取美国技术。美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特、贸易代表詹米森·格里尔和负责政治事务的国务院副国务卿雅各布·赫尔伯格都提出了类似的知识产权盗窃指控。白宫技术顾问迈克尔·克拉齐奥斯在X上表示，合法的AI蒸馏有助于开放创新，但大规模、隐蔽的工业化蒸馏“不可接受”。
OpenAI联合创始人格雷格·布罗克曼对彭博称，现在判断近期中国模型是否由GPT系统蒸馏而来还为时过早。他还告诉Axios，自己没有参与政府任何关于禁止中国开放模型的讨论。英国人工智能安全研究所和美国AI标准与创新中心周四发布联合评估，认为月之暗面Kimi K3的网络能力显著低于其他前沿模型。
