Xintian Technology said its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Shi Weiping, is planning a transfer of the company shares he holds, an arrangement that could lead to a change in control, according to Jiemian News. The company said the parties are still discussing the transaction structure, price and agreement terms, and that the final terms will depend on the signed documents. Xintian Technology has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to suspend trading in its shares from the open on July 27, 2026, with the suspension expected to last no more than two trading days.
