东北证券获准参与碳排放权交易

据界面新闻报道，东北证券股份有限公司（000686.SZ）近日收到中国证监会《关于东北证券股份有限公司参与碳排放权交易有关意见的复函》（机构司函[2026]1078号），公司自营业务可在境内合法交易场所参与碳排放权交易。东北证券称，将按有关法律法规及复函要求合规、审慎开展相关业务，并将其纳入全面风险管理体系，建立内部控制和风险管理机制。
