Dongbei Securities Gets CSRC Nod for Carbon Emissions Trading

Dongbei Securities said on July 24, 2026 that it has received a reply from China's securities regulator on its participation in carbon emissions trading. According to the company, the reply from China's China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) allows its proprietary business to take part in carbon emissions trading at legally established domestic trading venues in China, according to Jiemian News. The company said it will conduct the business in compliance with laws and regulations and will incorporate it into its overall risk management system, while building internal controls and risk management mechanisms for carbon emissions trading.
