Raydium发推表示，其已推出许可型 AMM，允许需 KYC 验证及受监管资产的发行方在 Solana 上启动合规二级市场。据 Foresight News 报道，许可型资金池（Permissioned Pools）由发行方自主管理参与者资质，通过智能合约实现链上执行，仅允许经过验证的钱包与资金池交互。
Raydium表示，美 SEC 注册的转让代理机构 Superstate 成为首个集成方。Superstate 旗下代币化股票平台 Opening Bell 将通过许可型资金池为其代币化股票提供二级市场流动性，相关股票为真实股权证券，并在代币层面强制执行 KYC 及转让限制。目前许可型 AMM 已对资产发行方开放。
