Raydium has launched a permissioned AMM that allows issuers requiring KYC verification and regulated assets to start compliant secondary markets on Solana. Permissioned Pools let issuers manage participant eligibility themselves, with onchain execution through smart contracts that allow only verified wallets to interact with the pools.
According to Foresight News, Superstate, a transfer agent registered with the U.S. SEC, is the first integrated partner. Superstate's tokenized stock platform, Opening Bell, will use Permissioned Pools to provide secondary market liquidity for its tokenized stocks. The underlying shares are real equity securities, and KYC and transfer restrictions are enforced at the token level. The permissioned AMM is now open to asset issuers.
