AMD接近与三星签署HBM4供应协议

据Odaily星球日报报道，Citrini 分析师 Jukan 在 X 平台发文表示，AMD 接近与三星电子签署大规模供应 HBM4 的最终协议。AMD CEO Lisa Su 在 6 月 23 日于旧金山举行的“AMD Advancing AI 2026”活动期间表示，双方“几乎已达成”。AMD 已宣布其“Helios”AI 服务器机架进入量产，计划于第三季度末开始出货。三星电子铸造业务总裁 Han Jin-man 和 DSA 负责人 Cho Sang-yeon 出席 Lisa Su 主题演讲，并与 AMD 高管继续就全面启动 HBM4 供应进行谈判。
