Citrini analyst Jukan said on X that AMD is close to signing a final agreement with Samsung Electronics for large-scale HBM4 supply. According to Odaily, AMD CEO Lisa Su said on June 23 at the "AMD Advancing AI 2026" event in San Francisco that the two sides were "almost there." AMD has also announced that its "Helios" AI server rack has entered mass production and is scheduled to begin shipments at the end of the third quarter. Samsung Electronics Foundry President Han Jin-man and DSA head Cho Sang-yeon attended Lisa Su's keynote and continued talks with AMD executives on fully starting HBM4 supply.
