据明报报道，证监会公布，因违反监管规定谴责胜利证券，并罚款170万元；同时暂时吊销胜利证券负责人员兼核心职能主管赵子良的牌照，为期3个月，由本月22日起至10月21日止。
证监会称，相关违规涉及胜利证券在处理某客户账户时未遵守监管规定，有关问题是在调查一项疑似“唱高散货”计划期间揭发。
