韩国法院维持FIU禁令

韩国法院裁定，FIU依法禁止未持牌交易服务向外国客户提供稳定币及其他虚拟资产兑换服务。据 NS3 报道，首尔行政法院于7月24日驳回 Darwin KS 的诉讼，称币币兑换服务适用虚拟资产服务提供商牌照要求。
