据Odaily星球日报报道，欧盟进一步收紧针对白俄罗斯的加密资产限制措施，将禁止白俄罗斯公民和居民拥有、控制或管理受《加密资产市场监管法案》（MiCA）监管的加密服务提供商。
根据欧盟理事会于 7 月 24 日通过的 Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/1847，该措施是欧盟针对白俄罗斯参与俄乌冲突相关制裁框架的扩展。新规将于 7 月 24 日正式生效，其中针对加密行业的扩大限制措施将从 8 月 25 日起实施。
