According to Iranian media, U.S. forces launched a missile strike on a naval base of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Gilan Province on July 24, and some equipment at the base was damaged. The report quoted Ali Bagheri, the deputy governor of Gilan Province, as saying the target was a Revolutionary Guard naval base in the province, with no casualty figures released.
