据CNBC报道，韩国总统李在明在周四一场房地产政策公开讨论中提到日本20世纪90年代初的资产价格崩盘，称韩国可能面临日本“失落的20年或30年”的担忧，并表示东京住房市场当年“像气球一样破裂”，以强调韩国楼市过热。李在明还说，房地产是韩国居民财富中占比最大的资产，截至2025年3月底，韩国居民实物资产占家庭资产的75.8%，金融资产占24.2%。
