STOCKS | China’s Major Stock Benchmarks Fall on Friday

China’s Shanghai Composite Index closed down 62.58 points, or 1.61%, at 3,814.2 on Friday, July 24. According to Jin10, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 348.63 points, or 2.47%, to 13,774.68, the CSI 300 dropped 78.81 points, or 1.67%, to 4,649.19, the ChiNext Index declined 94.65 points, or 2.65%, to 3,480.87, and the STAR 50 Index lost 2.49 points, or 0.14%, to 1,787.20.
