Baowu Resources Raises Registered Capital to 20.26 Billion Yuan

Baowu Resources Co. has increased its registered capital from about 17.82 billion yuan to about 20.26 billion yuan, according to Jiemian News. The corporate filing shown by Tianyancha also says the company was founded in July 2006, with Shi Bing as legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of metal ores, coal and related products, metal materials, domestic trade agency services and international cargo transport agency services. Baowu Resources is wholly owned by China Baowu Steel Group.
