Bond investors are seeking a yield of more than 7% for a data center project in El Paso, Texas, backed by Meta and valued at $12 billion, according to 36Kr. The project, which has capacity of nearly 1 gigawatt, plans to issue bonds through a special-purpose vehicle affiliated with BlackRock. People familiar with the matter said pricing talks are still at an early stage and could change when the deal formally launches as soon as Monday.
