U-Ya Group (0458) said a New York State Supreme Court hearing on July 22, 2026, rejected its application for a temporary injunction against Authentic Brands Group and related licensors, known collectively as the ABG Group, according to Ming Pao.
The injunction sought to prevent the ABG Group from terminating the franchise rights for the Nautica and Spyder brands. U-Ya said it is preparing to appeal the rejection of the temporary injunction application.
