据明报报道，联亚集团(0458)公布，与Authentic Brands Group及相关联属特许经营权授予人（统称“ABG集团”）的争议有新进展；公司就ABG集团提出终止Nautica及Spyder品牌特许经营权而申请临时禁制令，已在纽约时间2026年7月22日于纽约州最高法院听证会后被驳回。
联亚集团表示，已就临时禁制令申请被驳回准备提出上诉。
