据界面新闻报道，国产大模型企业月之暗面计划在8月启动上市前最后一轮融资谈判，目标投前估值500亿美元；公司预计短期内先完成一轮投前估值315亿美元融资，随后洽谈Pre-IPO轮，并已向投资人发送上市议案，预计最快6个月内有望完成港股上市。天眼查信息显示，月之暗面已完成七轮融资，最新一轮为D+轮，披露于今年6月30日。
