据Axios报道，美国参议院民主党人正向共和党同僚表示，最快可能于下周就一项对俄制裁法案投票，该法案还纳入了美国总统唐纳德·特朗普在最后时刻提出的、将伊朗也写入其中的要求。该法案已有60多名共同发起人，此前在参议员林赛·格雷厄姆7月11日突然去世后已两次修改。
