Fed Kashkari: FOMC expected to cut interest rates near the end of the year

Mr. Kashkari said he expected the FOMC to cut rates towards the end of the year. The Fed is in a strong position to take its time and watch the data; the labour market is performing better than expected; and the labour market is likely to cool further, hopefully moderately.
