明宇制药二度递表港交所

据界面新闻报道，明宇制药近日二度向港交所递交招股书，冲刺港股18A创新药上市。公司核心管线包括TROP-2 ADC MHB036C、PD-1/VEGF双抗MHB039A及外用JAK抑制剂MH004；其中MH004的NDA于2025年5月获国家药监局受理，2026年3月重新申报并于次月获受理，预计2027年上半年有望获批。2026年5月31日，公司优先股账面公允价值余额28.10亿元，现金及等价物6.05亿元。
