马斯克称，OpenAI已变成一家估值8000亿美元的闭源营利公司，这与他当初资助的非营利开源AI组织“完全相反”，并表示自己正就其转型起诉该公司。据 BeInCrypto 报道，马斯克在接受《经济学人》总编辑Zanny Minton Beddoes采访时作出上述表态。马斯克还称，离开OpenAI去创办Anthropic的团队之所以出走，是因为“不信任”山姆·奥特曼；他同时称Anthropic首席执行官Dario Amodei“很有原则”。
