据明报报道，利基控股(0240)及WAI KEE HOLD(0610)（惠记集团）公布，与目标公司、卖方及临时清盘人（作为卖方）订立重组框架协议，拟以最高总代价1亿元收购包括保华建筑在内的各目标公司约100%权益。
完成后，各目标公司及投资者或其代名人将仅保留牌照及“保华”商标，不再持有其他实质或重大资产及负债。
