据Odaily星球日报报道，阿根廷政府正推进放宽资本市场管制，拟允许共同投资基金（FCI）投资比特币和加密货币，并允许虚拟资产作为质押担保。该措施源于经济部长 Federico Sturzenegger 起草的《去监管法案》草案，目前正等待总统 Javier Milei 签署后提交国会。草案还明确允许股票、可转债等证券通过加密网络发行、存储和交易。
