上交所产业园区REITs达15只

据证券时报报道，截至目前，上交所已上市产业园区REITs达15只，募资规模逾280亿元，底层资产分布于国家级新区、经开区、高新区和自贸试验区等重点区域。当前产业园区REITs年化现金流分派率大多处于5%至7%区间，部分项目按估值计算的每平方米单价低于周边同类物业的大宗交易价格。
