金十数据7月24日讯，汇丰控股(00005.HK)：汇丰集团已同意将汇丰人寿保险（新加坡）私人有限公司出售予安联，代价为27亿新加坡元，待监管机构批准后，预期于2027年上半年完成。
完成后，汇丰与安联将订立为期15年的独家银行保险分销协议，据此，汇丰将继续向其在新加坡的客户分销保险产品。于订立分销协议时，汇丰将获得2亿新加坡元的初始一次性现金付款。
