According to Jin10, Iran said its air defenses intercepted a U.S. Tomahawk cruise missile over the Kahnuj area of Kerman Province in southeastern Iran on the 23rd. Iran also said two explosions were heard near Qeshm Island in Hormozgan Province, and local residents reported multiple explosions in the Strait of Hormuz area south of Larak Island and Hengam Island.
