据金十数据报道，伊朗方面23日有消息称，伊朗军方说，一枚美军“战斧”巡航导弹当天在伊东南克尔曼省卡赫努季地区上空被防空系统拦截。伊朗南部霍尔木兹甘省格什姆岛附近传出两次爆炸声。当地居民说，拉腊克岛、亨加姆岛以南地区，即霍尔木兹海峡一带也多次响起爆炸声。
