据CNBC报道，美国总统特朗普政府将于周五凌晨之后对数十个国家加征新关税，税率在10%至12.5%之间，理由是相关贸易伙伴涉嫌违反禁止强迫劳动规定。新关税将取代特朗普此前临时实施的10%全球关税，适用于60个贸易伙伴，覆盖美国99%以上的贸易。美国贸易代表办公室称，无法估算新关税将带来多少收入。
