According to Jin10, Iraq's Prime Minister Zaidi visited Iran on July 23 and held talks with Iranian President Pezeshkian in Tehran, Iran's capital, in a statement issued by the Iraqi Prime Minister's office on July 23. Zaidi said Iraq and Iran's security are closely linked, and Iraq will never allow any action threatening Iran to be launched from its territory.
