US mortgage rates climbed to 6.58%, their highest level in nearly a year. According to NS3.AI, Freddie Mac data showed the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rate rose from 6.55% a week earlier, while 15-year mortgage rates increased to 5.96% from 5.93%.
