据CNBC报道，IBM首席执行官阿尔温德·克里希纳表示，公司仅有2%的软件可能被人工智能模型生成的应用取代；他试图在第二季度业绩逊于预期后安抚华尔街。克里希纳称，其余软件主要帮助客户为AI做准备、实时释放数据、降低管理成本和复杂度，并服务于大多数客户使用的混合基础设施，因此他认为这类基础设施软件将成为顺风因素。
