JPMorgan says AI-themed ETFs rank among top five themes by assets

According to CNBC, J.P. Morgan Asset Management said ETFs that offer investors exposure to artificial intelligence are among the top five themes by assets under management, even as the group saw volatility in the second quarter. Jon Maier, the firm's chief ETF strategist, said many themes are shifting toward AI and the broader ecosystem around it, including applications, energy and AI models. He also said mutual fund inflows have been tapering off while more money is moving into ETFs, and argued that ETFs are becoming more attractive to retail investors because of tax benefits.
