BlackRock Inc.'s Global Infrastructure Partners LP has been in talks with investors to sell bonds backed by stakes in some of its private capital funds, Bloomberg reported.
The move would put GIP among a growing list of asset managers exploring securitization as a way to boost returns on their holdings.
