据界面新闻报道，Summit宣布，截至2026年6月，依沃西单抗联合化疗在HARMONi研究中全意向治疗人群和西方患者亚组的总生存期风险比均为0.76，较化疗死亡风险降低24%；相关结果已提交美国食药监局（FDA）。
该研究用于依沃西单抗联合化疗治疗EGFR突变非小细胞肺癌二线治疗，HARMONi研究还在2025年年中和2025年9月披露过更新数据。Summit此前已基于该研究在2025年第四季度向FDA递交该适应证上市申请，目标审评日期为2026年11月14日。
