据明报报道，长期停牌的绿科科技（0195）其中一名要约人高能环境（香港）将要约价由0.25元提高至0.45元仅10天后，另一要约人Argyle Street Management（ASM）为首公司今晚再宣布加码，将要约价提高37.5%至0.55元。
公司维持部分收购要约股份数目不变，为2.3亿股。按新要约价估算，相关要约总值约1.265亿元，并将以内部财务资源支付。
