Greentech Technology (0195), which has been suspended for a long period, said tonight that one of its offerors, Argyle Street Management (ASM)-led company, has raised its offer price by 37.5% to HK$0.55 from HK$0.45. The previous increase, from HK$0.25, was announced only 10 days ago by another offeror, High Energy Environment (Hong Kong), according to Ming Pao.
The partial offer remains unchanged at 230 million shares. After the price increase, the deal is valued at about HK$126.5 million and will be funded from internal financial resources.
