据CoinDesk报道，电子前沿基金会（Electronic Frontier Foundation）的India McKinney表示，立法者竟在考虑一项会建立监控和审查机制的法案，这对重视隐私和自由表达的人来说应是警钟。她称，KIDS Act远不只是“digital carding”，而是大规模监控系统。
