据Odaily星球日报报道，纳斯达克上市比特币财库公司 Empery Digital 宣布，已完成对 AI 数据中心开发商 Cardinal Data Power（CDP）2000 万美元优先股战略投资，交易完成后持有 CDP 约 8% 股权。本次投资是 CDP 总额 7000 万美元 A 轮融资的重要组成部分，募集资金将全部用于美国西得州首座 AI 数据中心园区建设。
