据Odaily星球日报报道，纳斯达克上市企业 Canton Strategic Holdings 宣布，旗下生物科技研发部门 Gravitas Life Sciences 出售交易已完成。买方为 Gravitas Collective Corp，经公司董事会全票通过，并于 2026 年 7 月 17 日正式完成交割。
公司称，此次资产剥离后将聚焦 Canton Network 生态，转型为金融市场数字化服务商，推进资产代币化、金融数字化落地，并完善合规金融基础设施业务。
