据财联社报道，IBM今日已签署最终协议，收购旗舰研发机构HRL Laboratories, LLC（HRL）。HRL由波音和通用汽车共同拥有，交易完成后，波音和通用将继续与IBM在量子应用和先进技术开发方面合作。交易财务细节未披露，收购还需满足惯例成交条件和监管批准，预计将在2026年第三季度末完成。
