特朗普澄清美沙核协议：仅限民用不涉浓缩

美国总统特朗普在社交平台发文称，美国能源部与沙特阿拉伯达成的民用核协议“不会有材料的浓缩”，仅涉及非军事用途。特朗普还称，这类设施伊朗和阿联酋（以及其他国家）已经拥有，将会获得批准，但完全取决于沙特阿拉伯加入亚伯拉罕协议。美国并不反对民用（非浓缩）核设施。
