据明报报道，总部位于印度的Wipro Consumer Care International（维布络消费者护理国际，下称维布洛国际）今日签署最终协议，将全资收购菲律宾个人护理企业S Brands Consumer Care Inc.（S Brands）全部股权。
维布络国际业务首席运营官兼东亚区域总裁Nagender Arya表示，集团希望借此进一步拓展头发护理业务，并推动香港、中国及大湾区市场发展；他称，S Brands加盟后，旗下菲律宾领先护发品牌KERATINplus有望充实并扩大相关业务。
