据明报报道，本月初接任大华银行（香港）行政总裁的董庆贤表示，香港房地产市场已见买家出现，尤其中环租赁需求增加，香港商业活动带动办公室需求，希望趋势持续。他指出，物业买家仍观望未来利率走势，中美等地缘政治角力风险仍在，不能下结论最坏情况已过。
董庆贤称，香港与中国大陆收入约占集团10%，认为香港商业房地产信贷风险不会对集团造成重大影响。
